They both need lots of 1v1, the 1st guy needs IS, and the 2nd guy guy needs OD. 1v1 Forwards gives players more training in IS compared to 1v1 Guards.

Train them however you want. I think these guys are already pretty good in guard skills. I think if you can get all their bigmen skills to 8 by the end of the season they could definitely help you promote out of D.5.

Plus, you can play them in your league games at bigman positions if you just focus on training bigman skills. Also, they are skilled enough already that they won't hurt your match-ups in D.5.

Remember this is a video game. SO do what's fun for you. If your not happy with how your training or playing your players, change it. Nothing needs to be set in stone.
