Should BB show a fixed "SERVER TIME" to all users instead of just showing the time in your country?
It's now very complicated to know whether the time shown in the announcement page or somewhere else is using the term of "SERVER TIME" or the others.............Just like the draft time show in the News now is 4/18/2008 1:05:53 PM, but it has already passed, the time now in Hong Kong is 4/18/2008 1:58:30 PM.
One more example, it's about the scrimmage, the sentence shown in the challenge page is "You cannot challenge teams to a scrimmage between 12:00 Wed. and 22:00 Fri., server time.", but there should be ended at 10:00 Sat..........
