You appear to be 2-position training (the first guy played almost entirely at PF), so unless it was Rebounding or One on One for all three weeks, this just seems unlucky that everyone was at low sub-levels when you started. At least according to the data from the BB Training project. Rebounding for PF/C and One on One for Forwards are the only training which they say gives more than .33 per week at full training (.42 for Rebounding and .39 for Driving, respectively).
