The second part of this idea is that we should have more than 48 candidates. I think it should be at least 60 (with 12 to go undrafted) or maybe even more.The advantages of this idea: more information, more decision power to the users. And the bigger number of candidates would be to prevent the exchange of information between teams, since we would have more "blanks" (players we know nothing about). The max someone would be able to do is say "hey there is an excellent point guard here, with 7 assists per game", but the other guy hearing this would never be able to guess which one of the many blanks he has would be that one, and the probability of trying to guess would be extremely low.I like this part...

I think that if this part will be done, teams which are below on a league table will lose their's advantage to catch a good player before the other will do thatmore players, no more competition between a teams to be a first in draft round - 48 is exactly what we need for 3 rounds
