Anyone ever had 2 straight weeks of not a single pop during training.
I tried training game shape and after 2 weeks none have gone u.
whole team is over 70 minutes played each week as I only play 8 a game.

All the time. Depends on age/height/elastic effect/sublevels.

I tried training game shape and after 2 weeks none have gone u.

If you're training GS, the only thing that will be affected is GS. You won't pop in skills unless you get a lucky 10% cross-training pop in something with very high sublevel.

Over 70 minutes means nothing. As long as you are between 48-75 you're good.

You can't expect to play your starters 100+ minutes per week and have GS training offset that. Your players still need 48-75 minutes per week or at least around there. If I were you I wouldn't even be training GS because you have quite a few young talented trainees.
