Box-one defence compares to other defensive tactic, there are many uncertainties.
I would like to suggest when we change the defensive tactic, we know the defending position of each player.
Example:
1) 3-2 zone, we can set which three players to defend outside and which two to defend inside,
2) box - one, we can set four corners player ( two outsiders and two insiders ), also man-man player is set to defend which opponent's position.
