Fired Players and teams who retire their players should go to a Free agency
and start the bid at $1 because everyone who have extremely
high salaries go up for too much.

You bid against other teams but they just don't retire for silly
reasons if nobody bids on them
then they stay on the market

I would not go back on that change. Before the change we had the market flooded of 300k monsters with no real value, now the market just crops out those wondering monsters for a better game experience.
