I know that there was a lot of discussion about a Buzzerbeater app and that the BBs don't have the time and capacity for it. But what if we could see it from another point of view?
We had projects with different companies at my university. We worked as a kind of consultants and helped them with their questions/problems. Most of the companies were small ones which couldn't afford a real consultant. For us students it was a real working experience and for the companies it was free help.
Couldn't the BBs outsource the app issue to a student (group) from one of the american Universities (maybe MIT in Boston?)? I think this could be an interesting project for programmers. This could solve the whole app problem.
