It says this on the news page:

it doesnt say what event it is. Is this the draftinfo? We had our Standings Update at 09:00:00 PM.

Does the draftinfo appear simultaneously everywhere or can some countries already see their info?

you should read the rules again... draft is always 2 days after the play off's final...

The draft in itself yes but when do we get the info so we can manipulate the draftorder?

well don't worry, I don't know the date but you'll have plenty of time to edit your draft pick list

It should be sometime after your last league game. It won't be right away though.
