I read the rules, and learned that in a case of a tie (I'm tied for 2nd spot in draft order), the diffrence between points for and points against will decide. It might be a stupid question, but is it better to have a bigger or a smaller diffrence? I don't really understand what "points for" and "points against" means.

So, will my team (99131) be on the 2nd or the 3rd position to draft?

Thanks

points for - points you made
points against - points the opponents made against you

(points for - points against) are important for the standing, and the higher amount gets an higher standing - so in your case it would be better if you could a bad statistik.

"points" in this case are the points that you score in a game (eg 2 points for a basket, 1 for a free throw) during the regular season, and not points as are used in soccer standings (eg 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw).

They are shown in your standings as PF (for "points for") which is the total of points your team has scored over 22 games, and PA (for "points against") scored by your opponents.

Your team has scored 1956 points (PF = 1956) and given up 2164 points (PA = 2164). Your point difference is (1956 - 2164) or (- 208). knübe99 has a point difference of (-109). Since your point difference is less than his (-208 < -109)
you will draft before him.

The same criteria is used for breaking standings ties within conferences, and so determined 2nd and 3rd in both conferences, and 4th and 5th in the Great 8.
