I have these 6 guys. I know that even with Star Potential I can make them decent D3,D4,D5 players in the long run. My question is how I should train all 6 at once using 2 position training. What should I train and when? Here are all 6. I tried to get 6 guys with very similar skills to make this easier and I want all 6 to end up PG/SG types.

6 Guys are below the next post.

I don't know, could be a nice idea, since they are low potential, I guess they have time for 2 positional training. Some of the trainings are only 2 positional anyway, so it's not like they'll be training at 70% the whole time.

How about simply training 1v1 forwards this entire season? Will give them some nice elastic effect for the future training, and if you decide to quit the project, you can just sell them.

You wouldn't have to tumble the lineup all the time. Get some cheap vets at PG,SG and C position and train these 6 guys at SF/PF

Yeah, I like the idea of just maxing out 1v1 and JS this season for all 6 guys (probably I'd get rid of one, and just do five).

Then next season take the 3 best, and do OD/PA for them, and some 1v1/JS (where you include the other guys).

That will create some useful depth players for your bench and for Cup games, but also you'll start the process of training up guys who can be reasonable players in D4 and D3.

If not, then whole hog 2 position everything. pressure, passing, and JS/1v1. All the trainees are fairly decent, and pretty much interchangeable.

I'd probably normally encourage five instead of six (or at least not bothering to try to train six in a given week since that is so likely to fail), but these guys can be suited to be a solid foundation for the early stages of the team with plenty of OD/PA/1v1 over the next few seasons.

Yeah, you should listen to hrudey, BFaye.

He did exactly the two position training on 5 guys, and it gve him the foundation to get all the way to D2. And they say training isn't worth it. Pfft.

Thanks all. I am going to try all 6 and if I have to cut to 5 I will. I will do 1v1 Forwards this season to give an elastic cushion for OD and passing the next 2 seasons. I can add some Jump Shot when they turn 21 and they should be solid. I may decide to drop to 3 next season and go 1 position with the best of them. I really appreciate all the advice!
