I have a SF trainee, but I'm training PG/SG this week. So I want to give my SF minutes at SG. If I choose that SG plays defense as SF, will he still be getting SG minutes the whole time? Or will his time on defense be considered at the SF position? Thanks!

The position that counts for training is the position on offense. So, switch away for defense!
