I have drafted nearly similar guy like you did, it had 46 skillpoints, urs seems to have like 44 now. i trained everything, but in my opinion pf needs more than 10 od, which will consume toomuch time for you to level up, so id plan to make him a center instead, he has great potential, also for his height outside skills train rly fast, just try to get some js, abit jr and passing after you done with driving training then concentrate on inside skills, that awfull IS will train very fast cause of elastic effect, jr too. Mine player atm looks like this with llv 4trainer all the time
DMI: 267900
Age: 25
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: prolific
Driving: wondrous Passing: marvelous
Inside Shot: sensational Inside Def.: sensational
Rebounding: tremendous Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: awful
People who say you need atleast 7 every inside skill to start at..... idk they not smart atleast in my opinion. Yes you need to start at 7 to get to u-21, but is this ur main goal? if your main goal is to make as much as posible salary eficient guy its better to start at higher total skillspoints instead, also every other low skills will train very fast with elastic effect. And total summ of like 44 for a center is like average to start with. have personaly drafted only 1 player above 46 skillpoints myself in 10seasons. Those guys sounds like only decent trainee is candidate for u-21 or NT, but quess what? they all drop training at like age 23 cause they cant afford their salaries, stupif eh? to mention nearly always they spend more on a player with high potencial which they dont use till the ceilings, and sell for less after few years of training because nonsalary eficient players sells for way less than salary eficient ones.
