When using inside box and one defense what position would be the fifth defender who is supposed to be guarding the other teams best inside scorer? I checked the game manual but it doesn't say who the "fifth defender" is in this defense. Is it supposed to be the Center or a mix of players?

The defender will be the STARTER with the highest ID.... and then whoever is back-up/subs in for him, EVEN if they have horrible ID.
