Does a player that didn't pop in a skill for a week still see a performance benefit from training? in other words, suppose I have an 18 year old player with a strong (8) rebounding skill. If I train him in rebounding for a week and he doesn't pop, does that mean he is still an effective 8 in that skill or does the game consider him as about a 8.5 for the purposes of the game engine?
