I believe for every game thrown by a team, it will lose him one position in the upcoming draft

1 forfeit- 1 position
2 forfeit- 2 position and so on

Yeah, correct.

We had this situation last season, a bot team had only one player, so that meant 22 WO's.
With each WO the draft position has fallen by 1 place, so instead of 1st, 17th and 33rd pick, the team had 16th, 32nd and 48th.
