I searched the forum for a while now but can't seem to find a definite confirmation to my question...

I think that from the moment a manager stops logging in this is how things work:

PHASE 1: Team not a BOT yet (from moment manager last logged in to moment when it becomes a BOT):
- standard tactics and lineup are used for each game exactly as the manager left them

PHASE 2: Team turns into a BOT (after six economic updates counting from the last login date):
- tactics are automatically reset to Base Offense / Man to Man
- lineup is automatically reset - players with top salaries become starters but will not play in their nominal positions, e.g. a C can play as PG, PG as PF, SG as SF, etc.
- if players are part of U-21 or National Teams or have a high enough salary they automatically become transfer listed as Free Agents

PHASE 3: New manager takes over with a new team (at a random time - once a new manager creates an account and is approved by GM's)
- all remaining players from the BOT's roster are retired and the new manager starts with a fresh set of players, needs to set new tactics, lineup, etc.

Is this correct? I would really appreciate any feedbackespecially in regards to PHASE 2...

Yeah, forgot to mention enthusiasm but that's how I thought it would have to work with a BOT.

I asked my question because tomorrow I'm playing against a team that's quite strong but has turned BOT just last night after the economic update and I'm trying to make a prediction as to the tactics he's going to use against me to get that extra edge over him (I would hate to lose my perfect record to a BOT). I'm going to assume he'll go with BO.

Plus his lineup should be shuffled with some players out of their optimal positions... OK, I think I should be fine. Thanks again, I really appreciate your feedback.

I think the player with the highest salary plays as PG, 2nd salary SG, 3rd salary SF and so on...

OK, in that case it should be a walk in the park. Thanks for answering so quickly, I knew the forum was a good place to look for answers but assumed it would take much longer than this to get any sort of response. Going to start using it from now on.

Do so. Depending on how hard your question is and when you post you may get an answer within minutes even.

OK, so here's another one that's been bugging me...

I currently have the best record in my league (16-0) and my closest opponents are 2 wins behind me (14-2). I was curious so I checked how other V leagues look in Poland and I only came across a handful of other teams with an unbeaten record at this stage. I plan to win all remaining games till end of the season. Can I now safely assume that I will be promoted to league IV as part of the BOT cleanup I read about on the forum?

Or is it still unclear at this stage whether the cleanup will take place after season 26 and that's only decided by the end of the season when it becomes clear how many BOT's there are in higher divisions, etc.?

Would be really important for me to know asap so that I could plan the rest of this season accordingly.
