Your arena is fine, but you are losing money with only 5 luxury seats and the price of the 180 seats its too low. Your last attendance is really low for a leader of the conference, but you promoted because of desbotification, which is really bad.
I wouldn´t throw everything away. But if I were you, I would sell the 2 oldest players, which are also the highest payed ones. They are not going to play better next season. And thats +130k a week. You are not in risk of demoting and you are not likely to promoted this year. And even in the case you promote to II division, your team and your finances are not ready. From now until the end of the season, I would train secondary skills instead of selling my trainees. They are your future.
If you do this, you will be in a better place at the start of the next season, not worse.

My advise to you: You need more A-Dub. Get a heavy dose of A-Dub, every day, and you'll be golden.
