Hi
One of the skills that i don´t understand very much is the "experience"

Experience has any effect in the development of a a player?

If a have a 18Y old player with a pitiful and other 18Y with atrocious what this mean ?

Thanks

I wouldn't think that experience has any influence whatsoever on training speed.

From what I've read, experience strictly influences a player's in-game performance, e.g. the higher a player's experience level the better decisions he will make (better shots, etc.) + if the score is close in the final minutes of the game all the players in your team will look to the experienced leader to take the shots, including buzzebeaters.

But surely the GM's will be able to give you more info.

Thanks to all

but a have another doubt...

If i have 2 young 18Y roster, and i play one only in the league games ( 48 M / Week ) and the other only in scrimmages ( 48M/Week) does the experience of the first one increases faster than the second one or is the same ?

If yes, how is it calculated ?

Thanks again

Yes, the first will increase in experience quicker, as league games are more important than scrimmages.

I don't know if anyone has done a long term study to provide calculations.

We have no idea how the experience works. Educated guess, it grows with minutes, relative to the game importance. There is probably a coefficient for games. Lower leagues games are less important, higher leagues more important, playoff matches are probably more important. NT games as well. Scrimmages less and so on.

It has some kind of an impact on player performance, that's for sure, but how much, and in what way? Not figured out yet..

Alright I'll contribute with my trainee numbers. One got his pop after 22 weeks(probably about 66 min per week), so it's about 1400 minutes. The other one is playing for 25 weeks, no pop yet.

I think the different experience levels factor in as well. Getting from atrocious to pitiful probably requires less "game time" than it does to get from average to respectful

(I remember reading it somewhere)

I remember there was a thread a while back asking a similar question about which games give more EXP. The order was something like this: B3>NT/U21>Playoffs/Relegation>League>Cup>Scrimmages. Don't hold me to this, as I may be wrong.
