when is the time when players put on the transfer list are "ineligible for playoffs". I am considering putting some players on the transfer market. When is the Date and Time that TL players are no longer eligible for the playoffs?

I have looked in the Game Manual, but could not fing the answer. Is it normally 3 days a player is on the transfer list?
So if I wanted to list them to be sold by the 3-16 at 8:00 I would need to list them by 3-13 at 8:00.

I this correct?
