It's not properly a bugg, but for you guys that sometimes fully watch your games, the probability of getting an offensive rebound after a missed Free Throw is the same as any jumpshot...
On NBA you get 1 for 100 misses, here you got like 25% chance of getting it.

Well, I actually didn't found any stats. Those ones, even if right that I doubt those stats make me right still. 14% vs 40% on bb or something ;S
And from 2003/04 to now i bet the % got down a lot..

Ok, do you even watch NBA that much? Because I'm addicted and I love it, and I think know what I'm saying.
I'll ignore exact numbers, buzzerbeater offensive rebounds off FT doesn't seem realistic for me at all. You rarely see an offensive rebound on NBA games nowaday, and on BB it happens everygame.

We can create and discuss on another topic how much nba changed on last 10 years...

Do you watch the NBA?

Why do our players play defense then... the NBA has 2 maybe 3 players that play defense....

How many offensive rebounds you see on average per game out off free throws? Thats my post, just that...
1 per 3 games?

I was at the nuggets game yesterday and saw 1.

That and the mascot get beer dumped on him by a fan he sprayed silly string into the beer of. Then the mascot rocky tried to dump water on him and spray with a fire extinguisher but the ushers stopped him. He did super soaker the guy eventually.

Back to the issue. I Saw 1offensive rebound off of FT and when I got there it was already 16-8 Denver... So it could have been more

Also truth be told I was not really there to watch the game, and the mascot thing was more exciting than the game

Well... Personal opinion: I would rather watch college basketball games over NBA. You can still see great plays, but in college they play a lot of defense too, also there is quite a bit of "nba talent" in the college basketball.

You see more than 1 off rebound from ft in college too....

Just saying that 1-7 kinda percentage that it happens sounds about right. Frankly you probably think it's rare because in general a missed ft is rare compared to a make... And you can only rebound the final ft shot anyways. So it's rare for 7+ opportunities of it to happen in a single game.

What should be rarer, in my opinion, is guys with good handling and good rebounding skills somehow fumbling five or six rebounds out of bounds a game. And maybe actually let players be substituted when that happens, too.
