This player is a FA (3123328)

Abracadabra Academy (23170) is the team that went bot, but if you look at the transfer history of the team that originally drafted him, Ballhüüfer United (41703), it shows a transfer for now, instead of back in February when he was sold to Abracadabra Academy,

Anyway, free agents on the transfer list are players released on to the transfer list from inactive teams. This is only done for players with a salary over a certain threshold (not sure what it is right now). The threshold changes as the market changes, and this practice might not last forever.
