I'd have to say PG and PF.

I find that bigs who usually play at PF tend to have an easier time on offence compared to a similarly skilled player at C. A lot of managers tend to put their best bigman at C, so I actually want my star big at PF so he can take full advantage of what is usually the weaker of the two bigs on the opposing team. It's a similar story with the PG position; players usually seem to shoot better from there than they do playing at SG, and as an added bonus a star PG with good passing can really boost my offensive flow.

Finally, having one star guard and one star big means that I can potentially play both inside and outside, plus I'm not too weak in either area defensively...

I would go SF and PF simply because well built players at those spots are interchangeable in multiple offenses and both are tough to train. If I get to both of those I can train guards and find defensive C's.

1. Get Forwards
2. ???????
3. Profits!!!!

This is kind of how my team is built. My Forwards/Wings are my best players, I'm getting 3 guys trained as Guards, and I have a C who can rebound and defend. In my league the PFs are quite a bit weaker than the Cs, so my guy has been able to light it up at times offensively.

Two amazing PFs at the forward positions and then play LI. You'll dominate.
