Greetings, I would like to put forward my name as the next u21 manager for Australia.

Firstly, I apolagise for a limited speech/contact, I'm currently in holiday with family in very limited reception. The following is from my mobile.

I have been an assistant manager to Micky for the last few seasons and have learnt a very solid understanding of the u21s role. I have a very strong passion for training, and have acted as a mentor for all 18, 19, and 20yr olds this past season. During this time I've been asking for regular updates of all potential players for our nation, as well as consulting our Aussie NTcoach mllama for advice. I have current knowledge of our top talent, including this seasons crop.

In season 27 I was fortunate enough to be given u21 coaching rights after our team was all but knocked out of the tournament. During that time I believe I put our team in a very strong position, missing out on the cut by only 1 spot. The experience was rewarding, giving me a taste of what the u21 management expectations are.

If elected, my main goal will be to get the most out of what we have. This year's crop of players is not an amazing lot, but there is talent there, and I feel we can suprise a few with some well managed game shape. For this reason, over the past few weeks I have been rewarding our most likely 20yr olds with scrimmage time if their gameshape is strong or above. I believe this sets a standard for what our country needs to succeed this season, for we cannot rely on talent alone.

This is all I have time for in my speech but please feel free to ask questions and I will try to travel into range once or twice to answer them. I look forward to sissies succeeding in s28!
