Hey

I just want to know are PR Mangers any good. They will add on about $10-20k and I want to know do they rise the merchandise price up by much or will they help with my team winning?

They get more fans to your arena, but there's not many people that believe high PR-managers are worth it, maybe level 2 and then either specialty will help you win home or away games.
