Should be strictly follow depth chart
I don't care if my team has a huge lead
It's tough enough to get guys training minutes without having players come out for no reason at 45 or 46 minutes.
Sometimes the coach even puts in a player that will go over their minutes for the week
thus ruining two things at once.
STRICTLY follow depth chart!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't agree with the respectable stamina
as has been pointed out before, this is not real life
fact is if it was a close game or my team was losing, the player would not have been replaced

I agree. Sometimes you need high score victory against weak enemys to get you score difference in league up, but instead of letting the pro grow the lead tour coach will swap in scruby subs and you only with with like 30p........
