Hi everybody,
I'm a newbie of this game and I read some thread to find an answer to my question but I never find it.
So, I need some explanation about different trainer levels. I read a lot of things about the lvl. 4 trainer (best efficiency for the salary), but I want to know how improve my trainees with a lvl. 5 or lvl. 6 trainer in one season compared to lvl. 4 trainer.
For example, if I train one position/week in ID (and RB when needed for the number of game in a week), what's the difference at the end of the season?
I'm not intersted (right now...) in trainer salary, I only want to understand the difference between different level of trainers.
Thank you all

I will say this: an advanced trainer is the most salary efficient trainer. Each training level trains a bit faster than the level below it. A superior trainer can give you 4-5 more pops over the course of 2 seasons IIRC.

I believe the increase in effectiveness of a lvl 5 trainer vs a lvl 4 trainer was around 5%, so if you assume you get about 10 pops in a season, 1 higher level trainer gets you 0,5 a pop more each season. This is a rough estimate and might be abit off, but I'm fairly sure it doesn't give more than an extra pop over a season.

followed your advice, just replaced my 54k superior trainer for a 15k advanced trainer, with a winning bid of 2k

I was joking!
Good choice, 54k/week is really too much above all now that the market doesn't pay back all your efforts in training ;)
