Either now, or at the end of the season? I moved back to Asia after setting up my Utopia team in America, so now we quite literally play when the rooster crows. :/

You can do that at anytime. The time shift will be activated after 7 days. It´s on you team page, the drop down menu in the upper right corner (overview). There click second time and you can change you starting time
