Hey, is it possible to increase skill without training. I mean, he was playing that position whole time and popped up skill. Is it somehow possible?

Nope because logic dictates that only players that are getting time with trainers are learning anything significant to improve their game. But by playing your guys do gain experience which augments the skillsthey have, so it works out in a way.

But team training has nothing to do with minutes played. Everyone on the team gets that training, if they played no minutes or 3005 that week.

Also, I think that cross training pops are completely random, of course no one but those that have seen the code is certain of this fact. But there have been instances were I was certain I was very close to a pop (n.90+) and the skill would jut stay the same for several weeks while I worked on other skills.

Either the cross training value is very small or very random, or both. This is of course only my opinion.

I had a crosstraining pop with gameshape training this week so apparently GS training can also give crosspops.

Crunchy! If you eat fast enough
