We have these things set in percentages.
I added some (1% each) American and Korean players, Chinese were already there. Also, I added 6% black players (Japan). Since we don't have a specific Asian race, some of the players (10%) will be blond, there's no way around it. At least, there should be no gingers.
All of these changes will take effect *after* the next draft since we already have all of the draftees for this season created. Next season it should be fine.
