Train 1 (which) Train both? What kind of training plan? Do I need lvl 5 trainer?

I'd sell both, they have low total skill points and terrible OD/PA which takes long to train. They won't cap if you want them to have some secondaries skills/market value, so better have someone pay money for their potential.
