I always screen my scrimmage opponents to make sure they aren't foul prone, but this is time consuming. Any idea how we can help each other & reduce injuries in scrimmages? Perhaps, a list can be kept on the forums.

I, for one, never employ any players that foul (on average) more than .5 fouls per 10 minutes (2 fouls per 40 minutes). I will confess though, sometimes I do hire a scrub that fouls, when I need a player quick, but I try to unload him ASAP

You screen for that? Wow, I'd never even thought of checking for that, and I don't think I could be motivated to put that much effort in.

My only two desires for scrimmages are that they are in Australia (because I hate waiting for the game to be played when it should be done already), and that I play a significantly weaker team, so that I can manage weekly minutes better.

The only thing I do, is make sure I play a slow offence. I can't really expect the same from an opponent but I hope they do the same. Less possessions mean less chance of injury.

Also, no use of zones ever.

I almost always play Princeton and occasionally low post as they are both slow offenses. I prefer to avoid Patient as that gives a single player a ton of looks, increasing the chance of injury on that player. I wouldn't mind if a scrub got injured, but as my 3rd trainee tends to be one of the better players on my scrimmage squad, I prefer to not risk him getting a tons of shots and injured.

I also always play a slow offense but I thought that zones would reduce injuries so I play zone. Wrong assumption?

Most injuries occur on offensive players getting fouled, so playing a zone would not help you reduce injuries. Zone just determines who guards what shot.

I wouldn't necessarily say you're wrong. I just find that for me, using zones causes more fouls, and fouls cause injuries. Yes they'd be the other team's injuries, but I'd not want to injure someone's player in a scrimmage and I'd hope they'd not want to cause one for me.
