So i just have financial update and it is given to me 4 scot points too. I use two of them to scout and then i saw that i have -2 points. I look at finance, and update was back. It is a bug?

Looking at your scouting points, I can see you have 0. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch during the economy update.

Yeah all is great :-) 4 points was given to me again so i use andnnow have 0 :-) finance are ok too now :-)
