Lets say, i said opponent will play from inside but they wont. Even, i estimated opponents tactic wrongly, can ı defend inside more effectively? Another question is that, with focusing inside defence, can ı prevent my pf and c from foul problem?

It doesn't help you if you predict wrong, because you're making wrong preparations. It's not designed to always help you.

Ok in this case, my players will think opponent uses inside so my defence focus on inside but this focusing inside doesn't provide any help to me. thanks for enlightenment

gdp only defend the defense to best of the team ability to do so .. you can win if they are slacking with few thing. , but the better balanced team will always .

does inside gdp defend outside... yes and no. depends on the foe and your team... you can lose from the outside if the team is balanced. nothing is taken away from the team outside game if they actually have that ability, it just will be harder to score inside. to defend his jumpers this will depend I guess gs/stamina. od im gueesing..

this goes for vice versa with outside gdp.
