Hi my team is not too bad starting out I have a low end nice talent to start my training whom is not too old. I hope I get lucky and draft one more like him so I can train at least two young guys. Only time will tell.

It sounds like you've got a pretty good grip on things, so you probably don't need any advice, but the one thing I will suggest anyway because it's habit is that you're building a team for the long haul, so investments into the arena are something to keep as a high priority. Hopefully your first draftee is the cornerstone for your team for seasons to come!
