I'm not sure how widespread this may be, but in my league the final standings have not updated yet but the playoff games have been scheduled. This has resulted in a number of incorrect games being scheduled, either in terms of who is facing whom or the location of the game.

There appears to be a report of that also in the 5th place salaries thread from a user in another Western Hemisphere country, so it's probably likely to have occurred in countries with later update times.

Well, this is a big mess. It'll take some time to fix and it will probably include deleting/changing some matches, etc.... But, I'm on it and it will eventually be fixed.
