I've seen the roster of the United States National team under 21 and National team. Would it be possible that we have too many hall of famers on both sides and not enough role players? what makes a player potentialy a hall of famer or all time great by any means is because they are the only one of there team and standout from the rest. By any means we can still have all time greats and hall of famers for the whole roster i'm not knocking the success we have had on our part in Nationals or Under 21. but personally by (experince) what makes a person so great on a team or a business because they standout from the rest and we have no over shadowing of people who is equally as great. For instance you cant have a team full of superstars or there ego will clash then people wont want to work together. Is the game engine based upon that or not? Me personally I think what makes a team great is not a team filled with superstars but a team filled with one or two superstars or for this game (hall of famers/all time greats) and the rest are role players. So does the ego of players crash on this game as well?

So what you mean by that is that even though they are hall of famer and all time great some of those hal of famer even though there really good are still time fillers and role players? But what I know is every team needs a identity for themselves who they go to or whose the leader. Meanwhile if team doesnt have a identity they are such a crappy team.

Come join the U.S off-site. You would understand BB alot more if join the off-site. There is whole lot BB to learn and I'm still learning myself. You would understand how U21/NT works and we can give you advice on training and the rest of your team. I think you would enjoy it and learn a ton about buzzerbeater.

Ive always like training to national team level that is what I always do thats been my key to success in over the years and I have join I just dont go on the site that often since I dont have a really good usa player yet.

You don't need a good US player to be active. Make a club diary and we will help you with your plans. I don't have a dominate US player either but I still have a club diary. You can still put your input in the NT and U21 discussions.

ah ok, I havent really checked out the offsite website I havent really roamed it yet so I didnt know anything about the website other than it was for national team and under 21 players.
