This must have been suggested over and over again but I do it again. Please change the staff system. The bidding on staff members is only likely to lose users faster. I haven't heard anyone yet who is positive to the current system. The old one was much better when you just bought a couch (and similar) for a specific price and you thereafter had to buy a new coach when his level was lowered. Best option might be to have a salary that increases instead like now and you will, just like now, feel forced to change the coach once the salary is too much increased. That is actually my suggestion.
Any system than current one must however be an improvement. It is only frustrating to keep fighting for the few coaches that is on the market. That I have to do so to get a player that suits my need is totally understandable but a coach, NO!
