Most of your opinions and observations I think are insightful and I generally agree with with, but this one is cringe-worthy. BB has not and never will be a scam site or anything near it. I don't see or pay attention to a lot fo the advertisements however, so I'm not sure what exactly you are referring to, but BB being a free game has to and should rely decently heavy on advertisements and other forms of income other than just traditional log time on the site and supporter packages.

I think they should consider finding a way to move away from advertising as a main source of income.

Buy a supporter package then. If enough people are buying supporter, then that will become the main source of income (if it isn't already) and they won't have to rely on advertisements that you despise. This is not despicable at all, but that is basing it off of my standards for a free online game I suppose. You can disagree, but I think it is very unfair and borderline rude to BB-Marin to try to play this game off as a scam site.

I can understand if BB was taking money from Nike or the NBA to run adverts on their website, but they are not. They go through google, and google works primarily with scams. Dating sites, fake gaming sites, fake survey scams etc. etc.

I don't think I ever clicked on a single ad, while on BB..

Adblock Plus, as the name suggests, adds +20% blocks during every game and solves few other problems, so it's interesting option when you play BB.

We apologise for not having a bunch of moé anime girls plastered on the front page to convince your Japanese friends that this game isn't scary...

I stopped reading when you compared BB and Google to a brothel with caged sex slaves.
