Hello, probably this must have been proposed before, but here it goes nonetheless:

I think managers could have access to a database of recent past transactions. Today if I want to estimate how much I would need to buy a 26yo SG with 20k salary I would go to the transfer list and check how much managers are asking for similar players, but it is hard to monitor for how much they have been effectively sold. OK, there is this "players like XX have been sold for aproximately 1000 to 2000000" feature, but it is a quite non-reliable source.

So, what I propose it that managers could look for something like that:

- Transactions from 01/01/15 to 02/02/15
- Players with 12 OD+/12JS+/10PA (OK, this one is not a good idea)
- Age between 24 to 26
- All Star potential at least
- Salaries inferior to 40k

Edit: maybe skills shouldn't be searcheable, since it could reveal too much about specific players. But look for the other "open" infos, like salaries, potential, age etc shouldn't be a problem.
