Hi All, last season was a lot of fun so I think I'd like to continue.
In season 30 we went 7-1 during first stage and advanced to the 3rd round of the playoffs, eventually losing to the winner Czech Republic by 12pts, which was the closest anyone played them last season. This is the first time Japan NT has won a playoff round game in the Consolation Tournament, we won 2!!!
I think there were a few things that contributed to our success: 1) Strong game shapes all season and no major injuries, 2) Improving depth of our Guards, 3) Continued evolution of how I approach the team/games thanks to all your input.
Going forward what to expect, basically more of the same. I continuously look to evolve how I manage the team based on how the players grow and based on suggests/questions I receive for the local managers. I really appreciate everyone's inputs as it forces me to look at things from different perspectives to try get the absolute maximum out of the team. I will continue to evolve how we play in the same way.
