Hello all and welcome to Season 31. Firstly, congratulations to Halucagenic Dayglo on his promotion to the EBBL, we all wish you the very best and hopefully you can represent II.2 as well as Durham Wasps managed to in his first season.
Congratulations also go out to the four newly promoted teams, Cambois Donkeys, Guifoes United, KK ALYTUS and Team Shohoku. It will not be an easy ride as you are in the toughest Division 2 league in England filled with teams with experience and who are hungry to succeed.
This season both the red side and the blue side are looking strong with lots of competition fighting for the top four places of each conference. Bethnal Green Erks will be looking to put last season's playoff's final defeat behind him and push for promotion again competing against the likes of The Admirals, Southern European and Kotwa. Will Sheffield Arrows also come back after a rebuild season?
On the blue side, BC Snaiperiai hold the highest salaries in II.2 and will look to pursue a playoff spot for the fifth season running whereas Doncaster Hawks and Optic Fibres will be looking to build on their previous campaign and cement another playoff position. Can Whetstone Wizards regain their playoff spot after missing out last season? Team Shohoku will also pose a serious threat to these and holds the third highest salary budget in the blue conference.
Will one of the newbies upset the odds and challenge for promotion? Will Lithuania BC go straight back to the top division? Will Leeds Lads go a season without forgetting to set a lineup? And most importantly, who will be progressing to the EBBL?
Good luck to all the teams, I look forward to our matchups later in the season and lets the games begin!
(Ps: Please feel free to vote in the poll)

Voting for Doncaster Hawks, I really liked the many surprises this team is able to achieve (like being the only one winning Bethnal Green). The team coming from EBBL, Lithuania BC, is a complete unknown... going through a massive restructuring. So, we'll see.
But here, losing the first two games of the season just because the team is being restructured... this will be a huge burden in the end of the season because it can drive you to 2nd or 3rd position.

Yeah it Lithuania is a bit of an unknown entity, they could be loaded with money and planning on an EBBL push or just tanking and making more money! :o

I can't see me fighting for promotion, I'm just unpredictable little club with 2 very old good players😉

So BC Snaiperiai is the only team to go unbeaten through their conference then because of Southern European's loss to Kotwa tonight. Interconference games next, lets see who has the strongest conference out of the two, should be some interesting games!
