Dear Sirs,

I would like you to give your advices for how actually should train him. At this monent I am trainig rebounding. How long time? When to train inside shoot and inside defence?

Depends on the target you have, whaz kind of player you want to build. But starting with rebound is one of the worst training to start with. Why ? Rebound is one of the most expensive, or the most expensive skills in BB. I would start with 1on1 for forwards For zhe first season.

But that are my 2cents ...

I agree with Coach MK. His handling is bad, and his outside defense a nightmare. I recommend training 1v1 Forwards (or Guards, if possible) to increase his handling and driving to at least inept. Along with that, 1v1 Forwards also trains inside shot a bit. Next, I strongly suggest working on his outside defense until he gets to awful or inept. Since he is a big man, you don't have to train his JS and JR if you don't want to.
