Are there any scrimmages during the All Star break? If not, isn't this going to mess up training?

you can arange a scrimmage on thursday if you are not in the Cup anymore. that way you have two games during the allstarweek (saturday and thursday).

if you are still in the Cup you will have a Cup game on tuesday and on thursday (if you loose you can still Play a friendly on thursday). this way you will have three games during the Allstar week.

As jonte said, you can set up a scrimmage for thursday if you don't have a cup game but it is only a two game week, so account for that if it changes your training plans.
