Unless and until they get rid of the illogical crapp entirely -- things like training "positions" instead of players, withholding training from the guys down at the end of the bench who need it most, withholding training from all but a handful of players, rewarding out-of-position minutes while sacrificing competitiveness, etc. -- all the suggested tweaks are nothing but rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

BuzzerBeater is already complicated to most people and these are details that overwhelm most users.

I second that it's too complex... training in BB should have some fixes, but this is toooo complicated

I suggest a very simple way of positiontraning. Se link (http://imgur.com/nuimceS)
In this example, a 2 position training is selected, the PG:s trains 3 skills, and the C:s train 2 skills.
Same amount of training as before, only divided up according to the manager =)

What U say? Simple enough? Versatile enough?
