There is currently a reward for teams that lose money each week to train by lowering their over extension tax. Could we also give some kind of reward to teams that make a profit for training players as well? I feel like there is nothing motivating me to take the time to train players.

The reason you train players is to make good starting players, train for NT (merch bonus & good player on your team), or to sell that player on the TL. Getting a nice profit or a starter is motivation for me.
