Africa has 57 users remaining. Which is more than last season. Not all active though.
I was wondering about how many of these users would want an all african league?
Yes, I have proposed this idea before.
There are multiple problems.
For each problem I'd like you guys to pick which solution would be better.

Problem #1. NT and U21

Sol #1: 1 Team. There are already not many users left for an NT.

Sol #2: North\South or East/West

Sol #3: Every country still has an Nt but play in a African league.

Problem #2. Draft

Sol #1: Have every player have an African Nationality

Sol #2: Every team has players of their own nationality. (Goes along with Sol. #3 of NT.)

Problem #3. Do african nations like these ideas?

Sol. #1: I could go nation to nation to ask the users.

Sol. #2: Stay here. Which isn't really a solution.

Please answer below to answer these questions or to add ideas for solutions/problems.

I think alot of people care about the condition of our micronations even if they are in bigger nations. BB isn't really fun if you don't have people who are active and compete with you. You can pay to join Utopia but you shouldn't have to pay to get access to the fun part of the game.

No. As I have already told, I am not interested at all in an African league.
Once again I propose to merge the local tournaments in a single attractive continental tournament.
In addition there will not be any nationality's problems.
GM-Perpete is familiar with this proposal, but it remains dead letter...

During the debate about 2d teams, i said that it would be nice if users can create a 2d team in the country they want to. I think it could have been a good thing for so-called "micronations". Utopia has been chosen. End of the story...

I can not speak in the name of all african users. I don't want to see the nationalities and the NTs disapear. My NT is as important than my own team. My league is not fun to play every week and the competition is not so intense that it could be somewhere else, but i enjoy this game helping my NT's to improve and playing BBB

Each country, each league has its advantages and its disadvantages. I chose to take advantage of the good things of being an african manager instead of complaining ;-)
