Hi all! Id like to reapply for the position as u21 coach for our country.

Rather than run through what has been achieved during my seasons as u21 coach, id simply like to move into where id like to take the team. Anyone wishing for me to elaborate on what I have achieved in my terms as coach, or playing the game with myself I will happily answer in the debate/question thread.

Goals
1. This coming season my aim is to bring home a third consecutive Continental Championship. It is a pretty high aim, but given the scouting ive seen of our current crop of 20yr olds, I think its a goal we can achieve. A lot will depend on the strength of opponents in powerhouse China, currently the no1 NT Country in the world, but also the other nations we compete in that have proven success.

2. Build an u20s shortlist at the start of season 32. Create a list of top prospects for season 33 team and direct training so that we have desirable builds, and more importantly, no gaps for all positions. This will ensure we achieve high in the following season, whether it be a 3rd consecutive World Championship campaign, or the Consolation Tournament.

The other goals are all things that are currently in place. Things such as contact with managers for training plans, directing possible trainees with suitable plans, keeping the public up to date with our journey, talking strategy on the Aussie NT Federation, and directing future NT prospects/managers with training are all tasks im currently doing.

Finally Id like to state that my vision as an U21 coach is not simply to maximise performance at u21 level. Whilst my motivation for our Countrys team to succeed is my primary goal, I have a long term sight in mind for all U21 players. Id like to give the best advice to managers training so that their players training is maximised to reach their full potential after they finish with our team, whether it be to continue on to the Australian NT team, or simply to get as many pops as they can before capping to their potential cap. At the end of the day I want to see well trained Australian players no matter what level.

Please feel free to ask any questions, im happy to elaborate, and hope to be managing our country for a 3rd consecutive gold trophy!
