I would like to be your new U21 coach for the next seasons
My name is Roland, from the Netherlands, and active in BB since season 6, and several
Times in the dutch first division.
Last 2 years i was U21 coach of Iceland,and managed to bring the from worldrank 84 to 61, altough
They have a small group of active managers (only11), and therefor a limited group of potential players.
Upcoming season there are 3 good enough players in Iceland, zo i look for a new challenge.
I think Austria is too low on the worldranking, and there shoulders be enough potential.
I would like to be given the opportunity to make a solid U21 for the upcoming years.
