I think I have a bug with the NT enthusiasm. Today in the afternoon I checked the tactics page for the next game of the U-21 Portuguese Team to see if the enthusiasm was reset to 5 and it was. The squad had zero players then, but when I got back home at night I started to select the players for the squad. When I was selecting the players I had some troubles because I was always receiving the "Oops message". After waiting a while, it started to work properly, and I selected 8 players, but when I got back to the tactics page of the upcoming game, my enthusiasm was at 1 and I'm absolutely sure that I didn't "unchecked" any of the 8 players that I chose for the team because I never clicked in the button to "uncheck" any of the players.

Can you please take a look?? The only explanation I could see is that when I was receiving the "Oops massage", something went wrong but I never "unchecked" a player that was already in the squad.

Ps: I need a quick answer because my next game is tomorrow at 15h55 (portuguese time).

I've checked the data and it shows that you dropped at least one player at 2015-08-16 20:44:10.027 (server time). The errors you reported have happened more than a minute before that (we keep a log of those). Therefore, I must deduce that the two are not related. Sorry, but I cannot help.

Marin, the data says that he dropped a player or more, but that was because buggy site yesterday. I am sure he did all selection for the U21 NT and that he wouldnt uncheck more players at this point.
I am sure that he couldnt choose a player to join the team because of the "Ooops message" and that caused him to click on it multiple times maybe, and that probably was making the player join/leave the NT...
This was clearly the buggy site fault, and I think you should consider giving a reset to all teams, if you don't want to give it to Portugal only.

The button to drop players from the team only appears when you can see the players skills, and before I could get to that page with I always receiving de "Oops message", and I'm 100% sure that I didn't hit any button to drop players when I was seeing his skills because I knew that it would hurt the enthusiasm. I did the scouting and the update of our database until friday because I knew the enthusiasm would be reseted between saturday and sunday, Therefore, I would never drop players from the team during this days. if I did, it was without my knowledge and consensus and I think it might have been caused by the slowness of the site during that time that I received the "Oops message", so please can you considerer reseting our enthusiasm?? If you want, you can checked that during last week (between wednesday and thursday, i think) I did the database update by choosing and then dropping several players because I knew that the reset wasn't made yet. I would never do such thing in this days and after seeing the enthusiasm reset!! Can you consider giving a new reset??

I'm sorry, I cannot reset your enthusiasm as there is no proof it was affected by a bug. It's not that I don't want to or am too lazy, it's very easy to do. However, it would set a VERY bad precedent and I'd then have to do it after each reset because other managers might claim the same thing. I hope you understand and will not hold it against me. I believe you though, but the evidence is against you and I cannot act on user word alone. Sorry.

All right, I can understand that. Thanks for your time and your answers. I would have liked to have the enthusiasm reseted again, or at least I would have liked to have a small increase in it, even if it was by just one point, it was better than nothing because I think that I didn't do anything wrong when selecting the players, and if I did it was due to the slowness of the site during that time.

Anyway, I can understand that it would be a very bad precedent and that you can't trust my word without strong evidence.

Due to this problem I came up with a suggestion (sorry if this is not the right forum, I can post this in the suggestion forum if you want): can you make a box to confirm after we hit the button to select a player for the national team as we have when we are bidding on a player?? That would be really useful because sometimes you can hit that button inadvertently, and it would prevent the problem that I had with the enthusiasm.
